Help a girl out!

We're doing a proposal project in my English class and for part of that we had to create a survey. I NEED YOU GUYS TO HELP ME OUT BY TAKING IT! Basically, we've come up with an idea for an on-campus computer repair place and we have a couple questions that we need answered by the public.
